Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is characterized by aggressive and rapid growth and a tendency to develop early spread to distant sites including mediastinal lymph nodes, liver, bones, adrenal glands, and brain. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, dose, change in disease activity of ABBV-706 given with atezolizumab, compared to standard of care (SOC) treatment (etoposide, carboplatin, atezolizumab, and optional lurbinectedin).
ABBV-706 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of SCLC. There are multiple treatment arms in this study. Participants will either receive ABBV-706 given with atezolizumab, at 1 of 2 doses, or SOC. Approximately 180 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across sites worldwide.
In the safety lead-in, participants with SCLC will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-706 in 1 of 2 doses with IV atezolizumab, or IV SOC. In the expansion portion of the study, participants with SCLC will receive IV ABBV-706 in 1 of 2 doses with atezolizumab, or IV SOC, until the optimal dose of ABBV-706 is determined. The estimated duration of the study is up to 69.5 months.
There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and may require frequent medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires, and scans.
This is a Phase 1a/1b, open-label, multicenter dose escalation and dose expansion clinical study to evaluate the safety, PK, immunogenicity and preliminary efficacy of IDE034 in participants with locally advanced/metastatic solid tumor types that express B7-H3 and PTK7.
The primary purpose of the study is to assess how well amivantamab in combination with lazertinib or in combination with chemotherapy works (antitumor activity) in participants with epidermal growth factor receptor mutated (EGFRm) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC; that is one of the major types of lung cancer).

The purpose of this study is to understand if PF-08046054 alone works well compared to standard-of-care docetaxel alone in participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with PD-L1 expression greater than or equal to 1% and had cancer progression during or after treatment with PD-L1 or PD-1 inhibitors, platinum-based chemotherapy, and targeted treatment regimen(s) for participants with known actionable genomic alterations (AGAs). Participants in this study must have cancer that has spread through their body or can't be removed with surgery or treated with definitive radiation.
Participants will randomly (like a flip of the coin) be assigned to either the PF-08046054 treatment group or the docetaxel treatment group. Participants in the PF-08046054 treatment group will receive an IV infusion (injected directly into the veins) twice during each 21-day cycle. Participants in the docetaxel treatment group will receive an IV infusion once during each 21-day cycle. Study participation may be up to 5 years if the participant's NSCLC is responding to treatment. The study team will see how each participant is doing with the study treatment during regular visits at the clinic.

This is a Phase 1 study of FT836 administered in participants with advanced solid tumors. The primary objectives of the study are to evaluate the safety and tolerability of FT836 with or without chemotherapy and/or trastuzumab or cetuximab, and to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of FT836 with or without chemotherapy and/or trastuzumab or cetuximab
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if N17350 works to treat advanced solid tumors in adults. It will also learn about the safety of N17350 and help determine the best dose to use in future studies.
The main questions it aims to answer are:
1. Does N17350 cause tumors to shrink or stop growing in some participants with advanced solid tumors?
2. Are there any side effects for participants when taking N17350?
3. What is the safest dose of N17350 and the dose that should be used for further study?
4. Researchers will give N17350 directly into tumor lesions using a needle (intratumoral injection). This is an open-label study, meaning all participants will receive N17350 and there is no placebo.
Participants will:
1. Receive injections of N17350 into tumor lesions every second week for 8 or 12 weeks
2. Visit the clinic regularly for checkups, blood tests, and monitoring for side effects
3. Have imaging scans (such as CT or MRI) to measure tumors and assess response
4. Provide blood samples and, when required, tumor samples to help researchers understand how N17350 affects the tumor and the immune system

This is a first-in-human (FIH), Phase 1a/1b open-label, multicenter, dose escalation and dose expansion study of SW-682 in adult participants with metastatic or unresectable advanced solid tumors with or without Hippo pathway alterations that are refractory to, or have progressed, during or after appropriate prior systemic anticancer therapy, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation therapy or targeted therapy, or for which no treatment is available, or prior standard of care (SOC) therapy was not tolerated and for which there is no further SOC treatment available. The study includes a Part 1 (Phase 1a) dose escalation phase and a Part 2 (Phase 1b) dose expansion to optimize the dose to be used for further development. All participants will self-administer SW-682 by mouth in 28-day cycles.

This phase II trial studies the effects of canakinumab in preventing lung cancer in patients who have high-risk pulmonary nodules. The goal of this clinical research study is to find the highest tolerable dose of gemcitabine that can be given by inhalation (breathing it as a mist) to patients with solid tumors that have spread to the lungs from other parts of the body.
The safety and side effects of this drug will also be studied.
This is an investigational study. Gemcitabine is FDA approved and commercially available for the treatment of pancreatic and lung cancer, and other solid tumors. Its administration by inhalation is investigational. The study doctor can explain how the study drug is designed to work.
Up to 44 participants will be enrolled in this study. All will take part at MD Anderson.

This phase II trial finds out the effect of local consolidative therapy and durvalumab in treating patients with stage III non-small cell lung cancer that has 3 or fewer lesions of progression (oligoprogressive) and greater than 3 lesions of progression (polyprogressive) after chemoradiation and anti-PD-l1 therapy. Local consolidative therapy, such as surgery and/or radiation, after initial treatment may kill any remaining tumor cells. Immunotherapy with durvalumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving local consolidative therapy and durvalumab may help to control the disease.

This study investigates the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on out-of-pocket costs, lost wages, and unemployment in patients with breast cancer undergoing breast surgery. Post-mastectomy reconstructive patients are at high risk for financial toxicity (adverse effects of escalating health care cost on well-being). The goal of this study is to collect information about financial costs patients may have as a result of surgical treatment for cancer with or without breast reconstruction and to learn if COVID-19 affects patient costs of breast reconstruction. This may help researchers demonstrate the financial consequences of undergoing breast surgery.
