Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the head and neck. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and pharmacokinetics of azirkitug as a monotherapy and in combination with budigalimab, bevacizumab, or telisotuzumab adizutecan.
Bevacizumab is an approved product, while budigalimab, azirkitug, and telisotuzumab adizutecan are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC, HNSCC, and other solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The maximum-tolerated dose (MTD)/maximum administered dose (MAD) of azirkitug will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different dose of azirkitug in monotherapy and in combination with budigalimab, bevacizumab, or telisotuzumab adizutecan. Approximately 694 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across approximately 80 sites worldwide.
Participants will receive azirkitug as a monotherapy or in combination with budigalimab, bevacizumab, or telisotuzumab adizutecan as an Intravenous (IV) Infusion for an estimated treatment period of up to 2 years.
There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

The objective of this Master Protocol is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of plixorafenib in participants with BRAF altered (BRAF V600E or BRAF fusions) locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors, or recurrent or progressive primary central nervous system (CNS) tumors, including rare BRAF V600E-mutated solid tumors, including anaplastic thyroid, ovarian, cholangiocarcinoma or other rare cancers.

This study is a multiple cohort, multicenter, open-label Phase 1 study with dose-escalation substudies investigating intravenous (IV) BAL0891 as monotherapy, and in combination with tislelizumab or paclitaxel, to determine the safety and tolerability of increasing doses of BAL0891 in patients with advanced solid tumors or relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia. An adaptive model-based design will be used to guide the dose escalation. Subject assignment to Substudy 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be finalized following approval from the investigator and sponsor.
The dose-expansion stage will be conducted with the RP2D to further evaluate the preliminary anti-tumor activity, safety, and tolerability in metastatic TNBC and GC.
The primary objective of this trial is to evaluate ovarian suppression following treatment with ZOLADEX 10.8 mg by luteinizing hormone (LH) within each cohort.
The purpose of this study is to further advance the ability to practice personalized medicine by learning which new drug agents are most effective with which types of breast cancer tumors and by learning more about which early indicators of response (tumor analysis prior to surgery via magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images along with tissue and blood samples) are predictors of treatment success.

This trial studies the biospecimen and medical data collection in creating a research tissue registry in patients with inflammatory or invasive breast cancer. Collecting medical data and storing samples of blood, tissue, and stool from patients with inflammatory breast cancer to study in the laboratory may help doctors find better ways to treat and study inflammatory breast cancer in the future.

This Phase III Trial will determine whether adjuvant chemotherapy (ACT) added to ovarian function suppression (OFS) plus endocrine therapy (ET) is superior to OFS plus ET in improving invasive breast cancer-free survival (IBCFS) among premenopausal, early- stage breast cancer (EBC) patients with estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, HER2-negative tumors and 21-gene recurrence score (RS) between 16-25 (for pN0 patients) and 0-25 (for pN1 patients).

Researchers are looking for other ways to treat breast cancer (BC) that is hormone receptor-positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HR+/HER2-) and either unresectable locally advanced or metastatic.
* HR positive (HR+) means the cancer cells have proteins that attach to estrogen or progesterone (hormones) which help the cancer to grow and spread
* HER2 negative (HER2-) means the cancer cells have a low amount of a protein called HER2
* Unresectable locally advanced means the cancer cannot be completely removed by surgery and has spread into nearby tissue or muscles
* Metastatic means the cancer has spread to other parts of the body
Treatment for this type of breast cancer usually includes endocrine therapy (ET) and sometimes a second treatment. The main goal of this study is to learn if people who receive patritumab deruxtecan (also known as HER3-DXd and MK-1022) live longer overall or without the cancer growing/spreading, compared to people who receive chemotherapy or a different drug called trastuzumab deruxtecan.

This is a prospective, randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, multi-center, Phase 3 study of GLSI-100 immunotherapy in HLA-A\*02 positive and HER2/neu positive subjects who are at high risk for disease recurrence and have completed both neoadjuvant and postoperative adjuvant standard of care therapy. Treatment consists of 6 intradermal injections, Primary Immunization Series (PIS), over the first 6 months of treatment and 5 booster intradermal injections spaced 6 months apart. A third open-label arm will explore GLSI-100 immunotherapy in non-HLA-A\*02 positive and HER2/neu positive subjects.
