This clinical trial compares the use of a new screening tool designed to evaluate patients' information needs, preferences, and illness understanding to the usual care to improve illness understanding in patients with lung cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) or for which no curative treatment is currently available (incurable). Goal concordant care is a model of care that aligns a patient's medical care with their values, preferences, and goals. Often, patients may not fully understand their illness and prognosis, but this information is important so that they can make fully informed decisions regarding their care that are consistent with their values, preferences, and goals. Completing the Information Needs, Preferences, and Understanding Trial (INPUT) screening tool may allow for more frequent and regular discussions regarding disease status and treatment goals, ultimately resulting in improved patient illness understanding and goal concordant care for patients with metastatic or incurable lung cancer.

This is a Phase II, multisite, open-label study consisting of two parts in participants with advanced/metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) which progressed after a first-line chemoimmunotherapy to evaluate the combination of pumitamig (also known as BNT327, BMS-986545 or PM8002) with standard of care.
Part 1 is a safety run-in with pumitamig (Dose 1 or Dose 2) plus docetaxel and will include up to 12 participants in total to be treated in Part 1A and 1B sequentially.
Part 2 is a dose expansion at the deemed safe dose of pumitamig plus docetaxel and will include up to 54 participants.
This research is being done to test a combination of two drugs, Izalontamab Brengitecan (iza-bren) and Adagrasib, in patients with advanced KRAS G12C-mutant NSCLC that hasn't responded to other treatments. The purpose is to see if this combination works better than existing treatments for people whose cancer keeps growing despite KRAS G12C inhibitors.

This is a first-in-human (FIH), open-label, Phase 1 study designed to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary efficacy of ML261, an autologous potency enhanced anti-DLL3 CAR T cell therapy, in participants with R/R SCLC or select NECs
Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC )· Moonlight Bio, Inc· Houston, Texas
This study is being done to learn more about a new medicine called PF-08634404 and how well it works when given with chemotherapy to adults with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC), a fast-growing type of lung cancer that has spread widely in the body.
To join the study, participants must meet the following conditions:
* Be 18 years or older.
* Have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer confirmed by lab tests.
* Have not received chemotherapy or radiation for this type of lung cancer.
* Be in good physical condition and have healthy organs based on medical tests.
The study has two parts:
* In the first part, researchers will check how safe the study medicine is and how well people tolerate it when given with chemotherapy.
* In the second part, they will compare study medicine plus chemotherapy to another approved treatment (atezolizumab plus chemotherapy) to see which works better.
Participants will receive the treatment through IV infusions (medicine given directly into a vein). The treatment will be given in repeated time periods called cycles. Some participants will continue receiving the study medicine alone after the initial treatment.

This study is being done to learn more about a new medicine called PF-08634404 and how it works when used with other cancer medicines in people who have advanced solid tumors. An advanced solid tumor is a type of cancer that has spread beyond its original location and cannot be removed by surgery or cured with standard treatments.
To join in the study, participants must:
* Be 18 years or older
* Participants with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), a type of lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body
The study will look at:
* Whether PF-08634404 is safe to use with other cancer medicines.
* What side effects may happen. A side effect is anything the medicine does to your body that is not part of treating your disease.
* Whether the combination of PF-08634404 and other cancer medicines can help treat solid tumors.
The study has different parts, each testing PF-08634404 with a different cancer medicine:
* Part A will test PF-08634404 with a medicine called sigvotatug vedotin.
* Part B will test PF-08634404 with a medicine called PF-08046054/SGN-PDL1V
Participants will receive the study medicines through an intravenous (IV) infusion (injected into the vein) at the study clinic. All treatments will take place at clinical trial sites, where trained medical staff will monitor participants during and after each visit.
Objectives:
Our specific aims are to:
Aim 1: Examine the feasibility of a couple-based meditation program in 50 patients with metastatic lung cancer and their partners.
Aim 2: Establish the initial efficacy of a couple-based meditation program in patients and their partners regarding physical, psychological, and spiritual quality of life outcomes.

This clinical trial evaluates the relationship between walking and sleeping habits and surgical outcomes in patients with lung cancer. Early walking after surgery is associated with decreased or less severe complications. Learning about how much patients walk may be important in improving outcomes after surgery. Information gained from this trial may help researchers develop interventions to improve outcomes after surgery and improve overall quality of life after surgery in patients with lung cancer.

The main objective of the study will be to evaluate the efficacy of sutetinib maleate capsules in participants with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer NSCLC (uncommon EGFR mutations only).
Hypothesis 1a: The investigators anticipate that navigator decision coaching, compared to enhanced usual care (EUC) will result in higher quality SDM for lung cancer screening (LCS )(primary outcome), greater knowledge of lung cancer screening benefits and harms, and lower decisional conflict.
Hypothesis 1b: Compared to enhanced usual care (EUC), we expect that TELESCOPE will result in more screening discussions, increased initial for lung cancer screening (LCS) with low-dose CT scan (LDCT) uptake among interested participants, increased adherence to repeat LCS and diagnostic testing, and increased smoking cessation referrals for current smokers.
Hypothesis 2: The investigators expect that a "booster" coaching session will increase adherence to repeat lung cancer screening (LCS).

The purpose of this phase 3 multicenter double-blind randomized study is to assess the use of taletrectinib in the early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The study compares taletrectinib (study drug) versus placebo (sugar pill) in patients with ROS1-fusion positive stage IB, II, IIIA NSCLC. The study will evaluate if taletrectinib is better than placebo at preventing the participant's disease from coming back after the participant's lung tumor was removed.

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate whether TJ101, an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), can safely and effectively treat patients with advanced solid tumors.
The main objectives of this study are :
* To Determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended dose for expansion (RDE) of TJ101
* to show preliminary antitumor activity in patients with advanced solid tumors
Participants will:
* Receive intravenous (IV) infusions of TJ101 at escalating dose levels (during dose escalation) or at the selected expansion dose.
* Undergo regular tumor imaging to assess response.
* Provide blood samples for pharmacokinetics (PK) and biomarker analysis.
* Be monitored for side effects and overall tolerability.
This study is being conducted in adult patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors who have exhausted standard treatment options
