This phase Ib trial studies the side effects of nivolumab and to see how well it works alone and in combination with other treatments, such as ipilimumab, cabozantinib, platinum containing therapy, and fluoropyrimidine, in treating patients with autoimmune disorders and cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced), to other places in the body (metastatic) or cannot removed by surgery (unresectable). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cabozantinib blocks certain proteins, which may help keep tumor cells from growing. It may also prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Cabozantinib is a type of tyrosine kinase inhibitor and a type of angiogenesis inhibitor. Chemotherapy drugs, such as platinum containing therapies and fluoropyrimidine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving nivolumab alone and in combination with other treatments, including ipilimumab, cabozantinib, platinum containing therapy, or fluoropyrimidine, may be safe, tolerable, and/or effective in treating patients with autoimmune disorders and advanced, metastatic, or unresectable cancer.

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat types of breast cancer that are both:
* High-risk, which means the cancer may have a higher chance of getting worse or coming back after treatment
* Early-stage, which means the cancer is in the breast or the lymph nodes around the breast The 2 types of breast cancer in this study are triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and hormone receptor (HR)-low positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER2) negative breast cancer. These cancers have zero or a low amount of a protein called HER2 and other proteins that attach to the hormones estrogen or progesterone.
Sacituzumab tirumotecan (also known as sac-TMT or MK-2870), the study medicine, is a type of targeted therapy. A targeted therapy is a treatment that works to control how specific types of cancer cells grow and spread.
The main goals of this study are to learn if people who receive sac-TMT, pembrolizumab, and chemotherapy:
* Have fewer cancer cells found in the tumors and lymph nodes removed during surgery compared to those who receive only pembrolizumab and chemotherapy
* Live longer without the cancer growing, spreading, or coming back compared to people who receive only pembrolizumab with chemotherapy

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat metastatic cervical cancer. Cervical cancer is cancer in the cervix, the lower part of the uterus (womb). Metastatic means the cancer has spread to other parts of the body.
Researchers want to learn about giving the study medicine sacituzumab tirumotecan (also called sac-TMT or MK-2870) along with pembrolizumab and bevacizumab treatments. Sac-TMT is an antibody drug conjugate, which is a type of medicine that attaches to specific targets on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells.
The goals of this study are to learn:
* About the safety of sac-TMT with pembrolizumab and bevacizumab, and if people tolerate them when given together, and
* If people who receive sac-TMT and pembrolizumab, with or without bevacizumab, live longer overall or without their cancer getting worse as compared to those who receive standard treatment

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat people with proficient mismatch repair (pMMR) endometrial cancer (EC) that is advanced or recurrent.
* EC is a type of cancer that starts in the tissues inside the uterus (womb)
* pMMR indicates that certain normal proteins are present in the cancer cells
* Advanced means the cancer has spread locally or to other parts of the body (metastatic) and cannot be removed with surgery
* Recurrent means the cancer came back after surgery
Sacituzumab tirumotecan (also known as sac-TMT) and pembrolizumab are the study medicines. Sac-TMT is an antibody drug conjugate (ADC). An ADC attaches to specific targets on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells.
The goal of this study is to learn if people who receive sac-TMT with pembrolizumab live longer and without the cancer getting worse compared to people who receive pembrolizumab alone.
The goal of this study is to learn if people who receive intismeran autogene and pembrolizumab after surgery are cancer-free longer than people who receive placebo and pembrolizumab. Researchers want to know if giving intismeran autogene and pembrolizumab after surgery can help prevent the cancer from coming back in people with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors did not respond completely to treatment before surgery (neoadjuvant treatment).
This phase II trial studies whether adding tirzepatide injections to a levonorgestrel intrauterine device (LNG-IUD) improves pathologic response (absence of cancer cells in tissue samples after treatment) in women with endometrial atypical hyperplasia/endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia (AH/EIN) or grade 1 endometrial cancer who are overweight or obese. Endometrial cancer occurrence has continued to rise in the United States. Over half of endometrial cancer cases are thought to be attributable to being overweight and obese, and the risk relationship appears to be weight dependent. AH/EIN is a precancerous condition of the endometrium (the uterus or womb) where the lining of the uterus grows abnormally thick, and the cells become abnormal. Women with this thickening have a higher-than-average risk of developing endometrial cancer if left untreated. The usual approach for patients who have AH/EIN and grade 1 endometrial cancer is the removal of the uterus. While surgical treatment is generally safe and effective, it may not be the best approach for some patients. The LNG-IUD is a small, T-shaped device inserted into the uterus that releases the hormone levonorgestrel, a progestin, which counteracts the effects of estrogen in the endometrium. Tirzepatide is a dual glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1)/glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) agonist which has been shown to drive weight loss. Adding tirzepatide injections to LNG-IUD may help overweight or obese women with AH-EIN or grade 1 endometrial cancer lose weight, which may improve pathologic response.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a combination treatment of a hormonal intrauterine device (LNG-IUD), semaglutide, and a structured weight loss program can treat endometrial atypical hyperplasia or grade 1 endometrioid endometrial cancer while preserving fertility in women of reproductive age with endometrial atypical hyperplasia (EAH) or FIGO grade 1 endometrioid endometrial cancer who wish to preserve their fertility. The main questions it aims to answer are:
* What proportion of participants achieve a complete pathological response after treatment?
* How durable is the response at 12 months?
* What effect does the treatment have on metabolic outcomes (weight, BMI, HbA1c) and quality of life?
Participants will:
* Receive an LNG-IUD
* Receive semaglutide 2.4mg
* Participate in a structured weight loss program
* Undergo hysteroscopy with endometrial sampling to assess treatment response
* Complete quality-of-life assessments at baseline, 6 months, and 12 months
