This study will assess the efficacy and safety of Afimkibart (also known as RO7790121) compared with placebo in participants with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who have an inadequate response or intolerance to TNF and/or JAK inhibitors.
Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disease causing pain, stiffness, swelling and loss of joint function. This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of targeted therapies through a series of substudies for the treatment of moderately to severely active Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).
This study currently includes 6 substudies evaluating different treatments in participants with RA. Substudy 1 will evaluate lutikizumab monotherapy (treatment given alone) compared to placebo (looks like the study treatment but contains no medicine). Substudy 2 will evaluate ravagalimab monotherapy compared to placebo. Substudy 3 will evaluate lutikizumab and ravagalimab combination therapy (treatments given together) compared to placebo. Substudy 4 will evaluate ABBV-8736 compared to Placebo. Substudy 5 will evaluate ABBV-701 compared to Placebo and Substudy 6 will be a proof of concept study of ABBV-848 in participants who are on a stable background of Methotrexate, with an Adalimumab reference arm. Approximately 180 participants who have failed 1 or 2 biologic/targeted synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (tsDMARD) therapies will be enrolled in the study at up to 200 sites worldwide.
There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care treatment without participating in this study. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

This is a Phase 2 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study with a total duration of 32 weeks from Screening to End-of-Study (EOS) Visit. Approximately 180 participants are planned to be enrolled. The number of participants can be extended to maximally 220 to account for dropouts during the study.
The goal of this study is to determine the safety and tolerability of orally taken probiotic (R-2487) in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Patients will take an oral dosage of probiotic (R-2487) and physicians will assess and measure their Rheumatoid Arthritis. Blood and fecal evaluations of inflammation and assessment of probiotic (R-2487) on fecal level will also be measured.

The 2021 ACR RA treatment guideline, based on widely acknowledged low to moderate quality evidence, recommends switching to a non-tumor necrosis factor (TNFi) biologic (choose among existing medications, currently, rituximab, abatacept, tocilizumab, or sarilumab) or a targeted synthetic DMARD arm (tsDMARD; choose among existing medications, currently, tofacitinib, baricitinib, upadacitinib) in patients with active RA despite the use of a TNFi-biologic. In practice, most patients receive another TNFi-biologic, i.e., a second TNFi-biologic first. This is not based on solid evidence, but on arbitrary algorithms often proposed by health insurance plans, and/or physician experience and habit (TNFis launched 22 yrs ago vs. the first tsDMARD 8 years ago vs. first non-TNF-biologic launched 17 years ago). This study will fill a critical knowledge gap by generating CER data for important PROs between these treatment options, switching to a non-TNFi biologic or a tsDMARD in patients with active RA despite the use of a TNFi-biologic.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and the preliminary evidence of disease-modifying effect of BMS-986528 in participants with refractory, difficult-to-treat rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic, systemic autoimmune disease characterized by B cell hyperactivity. Sjorgren's disease (SjD) is a chronic, multisystem autoimmune disease characterized by lacrimal and salivary gland inflammation, with resultant dryness of the eyes and mouth and occasional glandular enlargement and Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a long-lasting autoimmune disease that causes the body's immune system to attack itself. RA targets the body's joints, causing inflammation (swelling, pain, and redness). ABBV-319 exhibits potential B cell depletion in SLE, SjD and RA which are characterized by B cell hyperactivity. The purpose of this study is to assess the pharmacokinetics, safety, and efficacy of ABBV-319 in adult participants with SLE, SjD and RA.
ABBV-319 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of SLE , SjD and RA. Participants are placed in 1 of 8 groups called treatment arms. Each group receives a different dose of ABBV-319 depending on whether they have SLE, SjD or RA. Around 48 adult participants with SLE, SjD or RA will be enrolled at approximately up to 17 sites worldwide.
Participants will receive 2 doses of IV ABBV-319 21 days apart and will be followed for up to 343 days.
There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care (due to study procedures). Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.
The goal of this clinical study is to collect data on the effect of probiotic administration on clinical outcomes in rheumatoid arthritis patients.
Participants will:
* Have a 6-week daily administration of a probiotic
* Collect fecal samples every other day during the first 3 weeks of the study and twice weekly over the last 3 weeks
* Visit the clinic at Baseline, Week 3 and Week 6 for checkup and testing
This study will test the safety and effects of SBT777101 when given as a single dose to subjects with rheumatoid arthritis. It is the first study of this treatment being done in humans. Increasing dose levels will be given after the safety at lower dose levels is shown. Following completion of the initial single ascending dose cohorts, the study may evaluate alternative administration regimens of SBT777101, including split-dose administration. In the split-dose cohort, participants may receive two intravenous infusions of SBT777101 derived from a single manufacturing process, administered approximately 6 weeks apart. The study will continue to evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary clinical activity.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well LY4213663 is tolerated and what side effects may occur in healthy participants and participants with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The study drug will be administered either subcutaneously (SC) (under the skin) or intravenously (IV) (into a vein in the arm).
Blood tests will be performed to investigate how the body processes the study drug and how the study drug affects the body. The study will last approximately 33 weeks excluding screening.
