A first in human study to evaluate the safety and preliminary antitumor activity of BBO-8520, a KRAS G12C (ON and OFF) inhibitor, as a single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab and BBO-10203 in subjects with locally advanced and unresectable or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with a KRAS (Kirsten rat sarcoma) G12C mutation.
Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is characterized by aggressive and rapid growth and a tendency to develop early spread to distant sites including mediastinal lymph nodes, liver, bones, adrenal glands, and brain. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, tolerability, and change in disease activity of ABBV-706 compared to standard of care (SOC) treatment (topotecan, lurbinectedin, or amrubicin).
ABBV-706 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of SCLC. There are two treatment arms in this study. Participants will either receive ABBV-706 or SOC. Approximately 531 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 175 sites worldwide.
Participants with SCLC will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-706 or SOC \[topotecan (IV or orally), or lubinectedin (IV), or amrubicin (IV)\]. The estimated duration of the study is approximately 53 months.
There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and may require frequent medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires, and scans.

The purpose of this study is to assess if adding LY3537982 (olomorasib) in combination with standard of care anti-cancer drugs is more effective than standard of care in participants with untreated advanced NSCLC. NSCLC must have a change in a gene called KRAS G12C. Study participation, including follow-up, could last up to 3 years, depending on how you and your lung cancer are doing.

This is a first-in-human, Phase 1/2 study to evaluate LCB84, a TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugate, alone and in combination with an anti-PD-1 Ab, in dose escalation (Phase 1) followed by dose expansion (Phase 2).
The study population in dose escalation (Phase 1) consists of patients with advanced solid tumors refractory to standard of care, or for whom no standard of care exists. After the MTD and/or RP2D for single agent LCB84 is determined, dose escalation cohorts with select tumor types will be enrolled. Combination LCB84 and anti-PD-1 Ab will be evaluated in dose escalation after a minimum of 2 dose levels of single agent LCB84 have established DLT safety, to determine the MTD and/or RP2D of combination LCB84 and anti-PD-1 Ab, and to continue into dose expansion cohorts in select tumor types.

This clinical trial compares telephone-based physical activity coaching to self monitored physical activity for improving physical function in older adults who are undergoing surgery for lung cancer and their caregivers. Lung cancer surgery in older adults is associated with functional declines and unique challenges. Performing physical activity around the time of surgery has been shown to improve functional outcomes in patients and exercise programs delivered via telehealth may improve access and convenience for patients and minimize participant burden. Telephone-based physical activity coaching may improve physical functioning for older adults with lung cancer who are undergoing surgery.

This phase III trial compares the effect of bevacizumab and osimertinib combination vs. osimertinib alone for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer that has spread outside of the lungs (stage IIIB-IV) and has a change (mutation) in a gene called EGFR. The EGFR protein is involved in cell signaling pathways that control cell division and survival. Sometimes, mutations in the EGFR gene cause EGFR proteins to be made in higher than normal amounts on some types of cancer cells. This causes cancer cells to divide more rapidly. Osimertinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking EGFR that is needed for cell growth in this type of cancer. Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. It works by stopping the formation of blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to tumor. This may slow the growth and spread of tumor. Giving osimertinib with bevacizumab may control cancer for longer and help patients live longer as compared to osimertinib alone.

The primary objectives of the study are: (1) in the dose-escalation part: to evaluate safety and tolerability and to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) in participants with selected tumor types (ovarian cancer \[OC\], endometrial cancer \[EC\], non-small cell lung carcinoma \[NSCLC\], triple-negative breast cancer \[TNBC\]), and (2) in dose-confirmation part: to evaluate preliminary efficacy measured by objective response rate (ORR) of farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) in participants with OC and EC at selected doses and to further evaluate the safety and tolerability of farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) and (3) dose-optimization part. (divided in two parts: Part A \[OC and EC participants\] and Part B \[OC only\]): Part A: to evaluate other farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) treatment regimens for safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy in participants with OC and EC; to evaluate the addition of short course of oral corticosteroids following every dose of farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) administered every 21 days; and to select treatment regimens with farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) for further evaluation in Part B. Part B: to evaluate the safety and tolerability of different doses of farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) as monotherapy and in combination with lenvatinib and to determine the recommended dose (RD) of farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) as monotherapy and in combination with lenvatinib.

This study assesses cardiovascular injury and cardiac fitness in patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) receiving model based personalized chemoradiation. The goal of this study is to learn more about the risk of developing heart disease as a result of chemoradiation treatment for lung cancer. Researchers also want to learn if the risk can be reduced by using a patient's individual risk profile to guide cancer treatment and help protect the heart.
